How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are all now a flat rate of just £8! No matter how many items you purchase you will pay the same low price.
How much do I have to spend to get free shipping?
When placing your order if it exceeds the minimum threshold for your country you are entitled to free shipping.

Yes our website is 100% safe to use! We are secured by SSL. Our website is hosted on a secure server. We are also fully verified by PayPal. All orders online are treated with 100% confidentiality. No credit card information is stored, and is not accessible to anyone apart from our accounts department. Please note that we do a full security check when ordering to make sure that your order is genuine and authorised by yourself.
Do you supply samples?
Unfortunately we are unable to supply samples.

Brocades - Length: 10 yards, Width: 50 inches
Swiss Voiles - Length: 10 yards, Width: 50 inches
Wax Prints - Length: 6 yards, Width: 48 inches
Head-Ties - Length: 2 yards, Width: 2 yards
Georges - Length: 6 yards, Width: 35 inches

What are your opening times?
We are open Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm (GMT)
Our retail shop is open on Sundays between 8:30am – 4:00pm (GMT).
You can order online 24 hours 7 days a week. The sooner you place your order,
the sooner it will be processed.
Why can I not get through to anyone on the phone?
If you get through to our answering message it is most likely that we are closed. You can leave your FULL name and FULL telephone number and we will get back to you. Alternatively you can email us your enquiry at email@example.com.
How do I place my order?
Ordering online is simple. All you need to do is select the items which you want to purchase and add them to your shopping cart. Once you have done this click on ''checkout & pay''. This will then allow you to enter your billing and shipping information. If you have any problems please do not hesitate to call us and we will be able to guide you on how to place the order over the phone.

We also make sure that our products are of the highest quality. This is why we have been established for over 40 years and have a very reputable name.
If I am not happy with my purchase can I return them to you?
Merchandise once purchased cannot be refund or exchanged unless any defect in the goods has been notified in writing to us whithin 7 days of purchase. Also, the defective goods must be returned to us whithin 14 days.
How do I place a wholesale order?
In order to be able to purchase with wholesale prices, you will need to assign yourself a Username and Password (your username will be your email address). You can do this by filling out the registration form. Click on 'Wholesale Login' near the top of the page and then on 'Create an Account'. Once you have completed this process, you will immediately have access to our wholesale department by logging in. As well as having a wholesale account with us, you would also have to adhere to our wholesale order quantity. For any wholesale order a minimum of 30 items must be purchased which exceeds £1,500.
