Want to cancel your order?

Once your order is placed, there is only a short window of time to make any changes.

Depending on the status of your order, adjustments to the delivery may still be possible. To check if changes can be made, please contact us as soon as possible by clicking on the 'View Contact Details' link below. One of our team members will assist you during business hours to discuss available options.

Having Trouble Canceling Your Order?

If you're unable to cancel your order, it will be delivered as scheduled. If you receive any unwanted items, you have the option to Return them within 7 days of purchase. Alternatively, you can drop them off at our shop within 7 days from the purchase date.

Please note, we are unable to offer free returns unless the fabric was received faulty. Any return shipping costs will need to be covered by you.

We're sorry to hear your order was cancelled. You will receive an email explaining the reason and any next steps you may need to take.
Can I cancel my order before it’s delivered?
es, you can cancel an online order, but please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to assist you. However, please note that fabrics that are personalised or made to order cannot be cancelled.
Can i cancel my gift cards?
Unfortunatley gift cards are non refundable
