When can I collect my order with Collect++?
If you placed your order before 12pm, it will be available for collection on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be ready to collect the following day. If there is any delay to your order, we'll text you and let you know.

You'll receive a confirmation email or text once your order is fulfilled.

If you still haven't received a confirmation message by the following working day, please contact us.
Why did I not receive a confirmation of my order?

After your order is processed, we’ll send you a confirmation email, which may take up to 24 hours to arrive.

If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folders. Alternatively, you can sign in to your account to view your order confirmation directly by clicking here.

Can I change my delivery address?

If you’ve entered an incorrect address, please notify us immediately. Once your item has been packed and dispatched, changing the address may become more challenging as it depends on the courier’s policies. To update your address, please contact us by clicking here via WhatsApp as soon as possible.

Can I change my delivery date?

You may still have the option to change your delivery address to a later date after placing an order. Click here to reach out to us via WhatsApp , and we’ll do our best to assist you with the update.

Can I change my delivery method?

We generally send all orders via express delivery however you may still be able to change your delivery method after placing your order for example from delivery to pickup. Click here to reach out to us via WhatsApp , and we’ll do our best to change the delivery method for you.

Can I split my order in to two delivery addresses?

If you would like to send your items to two seperate addresses you would need to place seperate orders for each of the addresses. A delivery charge may be applicable depending on the order amount.
